A relaxing sun lounge with comfortable seating has a colour television, Sky freeview, a VHS video player, a multi-region DVD player, a CD hi-fi and for your added convenience the Chalet is wireless enabled. French doors open from here onto a small decked patio area with a picnic table.

The modern, well equipped kitchen has a full size gas cooker, microwave oven, fridge, dishwasher and all the pots, pans and dishes you will need for cooking some memorable meals using Shetland’s excellent produce.

Almara Chalet has 1 bedroom and can sleep 2 people with a choice when booking of either two very comfortable single beds or a king size bed - whichever suits your needs.

Being on one floor level the Chalet is suitable for people with some disability and all doors are wheelchair friendly, however the bathroom which has a spacious shower, washbasin and toilet has no disabled facilities.
This cosy accommodation is warmed by dual heaters in the sitting and dining areas and by a panel heater in the bedroom and there are no extra charges for the heating, electric or gas used, making this a very cost-effective holiday base.

Almara Chalet is an ideal base from where you can explore and enjoy the beauty of Northmavine and the other districts of Shetland.
